So just how do you share your bad airline customer-service story with the world? Well, by making a YouTube video about it, of course!

And Canadian musician Dave Caroll has done just that, making good on a goal to generate “one million hits [for the video]” in under a week (the video has more than 2.6 million views as of the afternoon of Monday, July 13).

Why you want ID3 tags for your podcast, and specifically for iPhone users.

In the short screencast below (created using the LifeCasting app on the iPhone), I demonstrate how podcasts appear on the iPhone 1) with and without album art 2) with and without show notes.

iTunes Lyrics tab essential for ID3 tags for iPhone

As I note in today’s Daily Boo, your show notes will only display on an iPhone if you manually add them to the iTunes Lyrics tab before uploading and publishing your podcast file. In the screenshots below, you can see how the show notes I created in iTunes for a recent episodes of IDRA Classnotes display on the iPhone.

Once any marketing channel grows in popularity, spammers do their best to pollute it. Twitter is no exception. The biggest problem I see? Hashtag spam.

Jeremiah Owyang

Jeremiah Owyang expects more brands to aggregate conversations from the social web on their corporate websites. But is aggregation in and of itself even helpful?

In this podcast, I argue that brands will need a community manager to curate the aggregated content and provide context for website visitors.
